An apostille can only be issued in the country where the document was issued. For a document from Slovakia that means Slovakia’s designated authority; no other country can apostille it. We coordinate the submission in Slovakia, the notary reviews your application first, and the document is returned with the apostille – by courier or, where Slovakia issues electronic apostilles, as a verified PDF.

Typical requests from Slovakia concern employment, company matters and family documents. EU member: civil-status documents are exempt; notarial and company documents need the apostille and a Slovak court-registered translation.
