Notaryzer is a private service provider and not a public authority. We do not issue official documents ourselves and do not perform notarial acts. Notarial acts are performed by independent notaries under the law applicable to them, who review every application and decide the appropriate route; apostilles are issued by the competent authorities; sworn translations by sworn or certified translators.
