Sworn translation

Apostille for documents from any Hague Convention country, for use in any other – reviewed by the notary, delivered worldwide.
An apostille confirms the authenticity of a public document for use in the 130+ Hague Convention states. Tell us where the document was issued and where it will be used, and upload a scan. The notary reviews the application and decides the appropriate route for your document; we organise every step and deliver the result. Every application is reviewed by the notary, who decides the appropriate route for your document and destination; if a request cannot be fulfilled, we tell you before you pay.
Exactly what happens after you submit – no step hidden.
We pre-check the document and tell you exactly which pages the notary or authority will need.
Scan the QR code, photograph your ID and take a selfie (about three minutes). We then email you a written quote with the fees and the address to send the original to.
Post the original to our office by registered mail – or bring it to the notary yourself. We log the receipt the same day.
The independent notary certifies the copy, or the competent authority attaches the apostille. Fees follow the statutory tariff and are passed through.
Your original comes back with the certified result by tracked DHL, plus a scan by email if you chose it.
Scans or clear phone photos are fine for the upload. Originals are only needed where stated.

The notary. Every application is reviewed first; the notary decides the appropriate route for your document and the country where it will be used. If a request cannot be fulfilled, you hear it before you pay anything.
In the 130+ Hague Convention countries an apostille is the standard; for other countries (such as the UAE, Qatar or Egypt) legalisation applies. Tell us the destination – the review confirms what the recipient needs.
Yes. Sworn or certified translations into the language of the destination are added in the same request, with an apostille on the translation where the destination requires it.
You receive a written quote after the review: our service fee, any notary and authority fees (passed through without markup), translation and shipping as separate lines. Nothing is charged before you accept. Express – twice as fast – is optional.
Requirements, competent authority, fees and destination rules for each document type – or check your country first on the apostille overview.
For countries outside the Hague Convention: the full legalisation chain up to the destination’s embassy, in one order.
You upload scans; after the review the notary tells you how the original is to be presented. The result is delivered by courier or download.
