Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right, you must inform us (Astropel International Consulting B.V., Jarmuiden 27K, 1046 AC Amsterdam, the Netherlands, [email protected]) by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your withdrawal, using the same means of payment you used.

If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you pay an amount proportionate to the services performed until you informed us of the withdrawal.

Early expiry

The right of withdrawal expires if the service has been fully performed and performance began only after you gave your express consent and confirmed your knowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal upon full performance (§ 356(4) BGB). You give this consent by ticking the corresponding box when submitting your request.
