Apostille
For use in the Hague Convention states. Our handling plus the authority fee, shown separately in your quote.
A notary certifies that the signature on your document is genuinely yours – for powers of attorney, bank forms, declarations and contracts used abroad.
Upload the document you need to sign and tell us where it will be used. The notary identifies you and certifies your signature; where the document is for use abroad, the apostille or legalisation is added in the same order. Every application is reviewed by the notary, who decides the appropriate route for your document and destination; if a request cannot be fulfilled, we tell you before you pay.
Exactly what happens after you submit – no step hidden.
Upload the document to be signed and your ID; tell us the country of use and your city.
Scan the QR code, photograph your ID and take a selfie. We check the file and email you a written quote with our fee, the statutory notary fee and how the signing works.
We prepare the file for a notary near you and book a signing – usually within 1–3 business days, same-day express where available.
Bring your ID. The notary identifies you and witnesses the signature; the signing takes minutes.
You take the certified original with you or receive it by DHL; a scan lands on your status page.
Scans or clear phone photos are fine for the upload. Originals are only needed where stated.

The notary. Every application is reviewed first; the notary decides the appropriate route for your document and the country where it will be used. If a request cannot be fulfilled, you hear it before you pay anything.
In the 130+ Hague Convention countries an apostille is the standard; for other countries (such as the UAE, Qatar or Egypt) legalisation applies. Tell us the destination – the review confirms what the recipient needs.
You receive a written quote after the review: our service fee, any notary and authority fees (passed through without markup), translation and shipping as separate lines. Nothing is charged before you accept. Express – twice as fast – is optional.
Notarially certified copies of passports, diplomas, certificates and contracts – accepted by authorities, banks and universities worldwide.
Certified copy of your passport or ID card for banks, visa applications, company formations and foreign authorities – apostilled where needed.
Certified copies of university degrees, school certificates and transcripts for applications, recognition procedures and employers abroad.
