Start your company in the Netherlands, Germany or France

We prepare the documents, coordinate the notary where the law requires one, file the registration and take care of the tax number – mostly without travelling. Founders from anywhere in the world are welcome.

Experience since 2004

Notaryzer is run by Astropel International Consulting, which has supported company formations in more than 14 countries and over 500 projects.

From abroad, mostly online

Documents are prepared and signed remotely wherever the law allows – by video, with a power of attorney or by courier.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. Non-residents can be shareholders and directors of a Dutch BV, a German GmbH/UG and a French SAS/SARL. You need a registered business address in the country; we can help you arrange one.

In most cases no. In the Netherlands the deed can be signed with a power of attorney (EU founders can also sign online by video), in Germany GmbH and UG can be formed by video with a notary if you hold an eligible eID – otherwise through a notarised power of attorney – and in France no notary is needed for a standard SAS or SARL.

It depends on the country, the legal form, the number of founders and the services you need. You receive a written quote with our fee and all official fees listed separately before anything is charged.

It depends on where your customers, team and bank are. The Netherlands is popular for international trading and holding companies, Germany for the German market, France for the French market. Tell us your plan and we advise you before you decide.
