    Notary or sworn translator

    Right after verification

    An independent notary certifies your document, or a court-sworn translator translates it. Apostilles are obtained from the competent authority. Your file goes straight into processing – no queue, no waiting list. Originals travel by tracked post; where the law requires your signature in front of the notary, we organise the signing for you.

    The notary reviews every application and decides the appropriate route.

How to take your identity photo

For some requests we ask for one photo taken with your phone to confirm that you are the person named in the request.

    Hold your passport open at the photo page in one hand – name, photo and the machine-readable lines at the bottom must be readable.

  2. 2

    In the other hand, hold a sheet of paper on which you have handwritten: Notaryzer, today's date, your full name and your signature.

  3. 3

    Make sure your face, the passport page and the sheet are fully visible and sharp in the same photo – no filters, no edits.

The sample shows a fictitious person with a specimen passport. We use your photo only for the identity check and delete it afterwards.
