Notaryzer was built by the team at Astropel International Consulting. Since 2004 we have helped founders, families and employers with company formation, immigration and everything that comes with it – and every case needed certified copies, apostilles or sworn translations. We turned that experience into a service you can start from your phone, wherever you are.
Astropel started in 2004 as an international consulting firm helping entrepreneurs set up companies abroad. From the first year on, every project came with the same pile of notarised deeds, register extracts, apostilles and translated documents.
Over the years the network grew to the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Greece and beyond, and the firm became a member of the German-Turkish Chamber of Commerce. Today Astropel works in more than 14 countries and has completed over 500 projects in company formation, immigration, tax and operations.
Notaryzer is what we learned along the way, packaged: which authority issues which apostille, how long each office really takes, which countries do not accept each other’s apostilles, and which translation a consulate will trust. Instead of explaining it case by case, we put it into a system with a status page you can check any time.

Notarial certifications are carried out by a licensed notary public, apostilles by the competent authorities and translations by sworn translators – documents that are accepted in Germany and in many other countries.
You receive a written quote by email first. Statutory notary and authority fees are listed separately, and nothing is charged until you accept.
Payments run through Stripe – card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other local methods. We never see or store your card details.
Encrypted storage, virus-scanned uploads, protected downloads and GDPR-compliant deletion periods.
Your personal status page shows where your documents are – from review to delivery by email or tracked DHL shipping.
Every application is reviewed before anything is submitted: we check the document, the country where it was issued and the country where it will be used, and agree the route with the notary – certified copy, signature certification, apostille, legalisation or sworn translation.
Each step is carried out by the party that is legally entitled to do it: the notary certifies, the competent authority issues the apostille or legalisation, the sworn translator translates. We coordinate all of them, keep the deadlines and send you the finished documents.
If a document cannot be accepted in your destination country, or a step cannot be completed remotely, we tell you before you pay – and suggest the route that does work.
No chatbots between you and your document. A specialist checks every request personally and stays your contact until delivery.
Service fee upfront; notary and authority fees listed separately in the quote. No surprises on the invoice.
Encrypted storage, protected downloads, identity data deleted after the check, everything else after the retention period.
Our website speaks your language, our team answers in English, German and Turkish, and we coordinate sworn translators for more than 50 languages.
Checks your documents, prepares the file and tells you exactly what the authority will accept.
Submits to notaries, translators and authorities; tracks deadlines and shipping.
Certifies signatures, copies and declarations and decides the right route for each application.
Translate and certify documents in their sworn language pairs.
