Notaryzer service fee
Covers the pre-check, preparation of the file, submission to the notary, translator or authority, tracking and the return shipment. Depends on the service, the number of documents or pages and the add-ons you choose.
Statutory notary and authority fees
Notaries and authorities charge their own fees. We pass them through 1:1 and show them as separate lines – they are never our price.
Shipping and options
DHL tracked or express shipping, additional certified copies, sworn translations and the express option are listed individually so you can add or remove them before you accept.

Priority at the notary and authority
Your file jumps the queue on our side and is booked into the earliest notary slot or hand-delivered to the authority instead of posted.
Same-day dispatch
As soon as the certified document or apostille is back, it goes to DHL the same day – with the scan on your status page immediately.

The express surcharge is a single line in your quote. Statutory fees are unaffected.
Notary and authority fees
What the notary and the authorities charge
Notary and authority fees depend on the document, the country and the act. They are not our price: we pass them through without markup and show each one as a separate line in your quote, confirmed after the notary’s review.
Notary fee
For signature certifications, certified copies and declarations – charged by the notary per act or per page.
Apostille or legalisation fee
Charged by the competent authority of the issuing country, or by the embassy for legalisations.
Certificates
Where a fresh certificate is needed, the registry or authority charges its own fee.
Translation and courier
Quoted per page and per shipment; express optional.
The exact amounts are fixed after the review and shown in your written quote before you pay.
VAT
Our service fees include VAT where applicable. Notary fees are shown net plus VAT as the notary invoices them; authority fees carry no VAT. Business customers receive a proper invoice with our VAT ID.
Money-back guarantee
If the independent notary or the authority cannot process your document – for example because the original is not admissible – we refund our service fee in full. Statutory fees already incurred and shipping costs are excluded.
Pricing questions
Because almost every request differs: number of documents, pages, destination country, translation language, shipping. We quote each request individually after the pre-check, so the number you see is the number you pay.
Once you have seen the complete quote. Nothing is charged before that. Payment is by invoice or bank transfer; card payment is being prepared.
Because they are not ours. Notaries are independent officials who set or charge their own fees. A platform may not advertise them as its own price. We show them as a separate pass-through line so you always see who charges what.
Processing on our side is at least twice as fast: priority pre-check, the earliest notary slot or hand delivery to the authority, and same-day dispatch once the result is ready. It does not change statutory fees or the authority’s own processing time, which we tell you honestly in the quote.
Then we refund our service fee in full. Statutory fees already incurred by the notary or an authority, and shipping costs, cannot be refunded.
