An apostille can only be issued in the country where the document was issued. For a document from Slovenia that means Slovenia’s designated authority; no other country can apostille it. We coordinate the submission in Slovenia, the notary reviews your application first, and the document is returned with the apostille – by courier or, where Slovenia issues electronic apostilles, as a verified PDF.
Typical requests from Slovenia concern employment, property and family matters. EU member and CIEC state: civil-status documents are exempt; other documents need the apostille and a Slovenian court-interpreter translation.
Authority fee: 1. The Ministry of Justice charges administrative tax for the issuance of Apostille on public documents in accordance with the Act on administrative taxes. The administrative tax for issuance of each Apostille amounts to € 3,00. 2. District courts in Slovenia as judicial authorities are obliged by C (official fee, passed through 1:1 in your quote)
