An apostille can only be issued in the country where the document was issued. For a document from Liberia that means Liberia’s designated authority; no other country can apostille it. We coordinate the submission in Liberia, the notary reviews your application first, and the document is returned with the apostille – by courier or, where Liberia issues electronic apostilles, as a verified PDF.
Typical requests from Liberia concern family reunification and business. Germany and Belgium objected to Liberia’s accession; between those states documents are legalised instead.
Authority fee: No cost for non-resident Corporate Registry issued documents. Other costs as quoted. (official fee, passed through 1:1 in your quote)
