Gulf exports
UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain – pharmaceuticals, food, machinery, cosmetics.
Customs and ministries in the Gulf, North Africa and Asia release goods only against certified export papers. Depending on the pair of countries that means an apostille – or the full consular legalisation chain. We run either, wherever the exporter sits.
Let us get this done for you
Export documents – certificates of origin, commercial invoices, packing lists, free sale certificates, GMP and ISO certificates, distributor agreements – start at the chamber of commerce of the exporting country, which certifies them. From there the route depends on the destination: Convention countries such as Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Türkiye, Mexico or Brazil accept an apostille on the chamber certification; non-Convention countries such as the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Egypt or Iraq require consular legalisation through the exporting country’s foreign ministry and the destination’s embassy.
Fees and processing times differ sharply between embassies – commercial legalisations for the Gulf are the most expensive consular procedures and take two to four weeks. We quote the exact consular fees before you commit and keep every original tracked.
For regular exporters we run standing arrangements: documents are collected weekly, we handle chamber, ministry and embassy runs in the exporting country, and return the set by courier.
