Foreign registries and banks want the full picture of your company: articles, shareholder list, resolutions, proof of signatories. We assemble, notarise, apostille and translate the set as one order.
Let us get this done for you
Corporate documents come from two sources. Documents held at the register – the articles as filed, shareholder lists, register-relevant resolutions – can be issued as certified copies and apostilled directly. Documents the company produces itself – board resolutions, incumbency certificates, powers of attorney – are private documents that a notary must certify first; the apostille then covers the notary.
Typical foreign requirements are a certified copy of the articles, the current shareholder list, a resolution authorising the foreign project, and a certified passport copy of the managing director, each apostilled and translated. Banks add a certificate of good standing or incumbency.
We define the set with your lawyer or the foreign counterpart, order the register copies, book the notary for the private documents, sequence the apostilles and deliver one complete dossier.
