Апостиль может быть проставлен только в стране, где выдан документ. Для документа из Украины это означает уполномоченный орган Украины; никакая другая страна проставить апостиль не может. Когда апостиля из Украины недостаточно
Ни одно договаривающееся государство не выдвинуло действующего возражения против Украины: апостиль принимается во всех остальных странах Конвенции. Страны, не участвующие в Конвенции (ОАЭ, Катар, Египет, Ирак …), по-прежнему требуют консульской легализации.

Апостиль на документы из Украины: вопросы

Нотариус проверяет вашу заявку, а мы направляем документ в нужное ведомство.
Во всех остальных договаривающихся государствах — против Украины не действует ни одного возражения. Страны, не участвующие в Конвенции (например, ОАЭ, Катар, Египет), по-прежнему требуют консульской легализации.

Официальные пошлины передаются 1:1 и указываются в письменном расчёте стоимости отдельно от сервисного сбора Notaryzer; до принятия расчёта ничего не списывается.
Сам апостиль стандартизирован и принимается без перевода. Язык документа: украинский; большинство получателей за границей требуют присяжный или заверенный перевод на свой язык, который мы добавим в тот же заказ.
Для Украины Конвенция действует с 22 декабря 2003 г..
