Scan the QR code, photograph your ID and take a selfie. We check the draft and that every signatory has an eID-enabled ID, then email you a written quote with the fees.

Each participant installs the Notar-App, reads the ID chip with an NFC phone and creates the account in the official system.

Video session with the notary
The independent notary reads the deed, answers questions and records it in the video session (§§ 16a ff. BeurkG).

The notary files electronically with the register court; we track the registration and send you the register number.
