Apostille można uzyskać wyłącznie w kraju, w którym wydano dokument. Dla dokumentu z Ukrainy oznacza to wyznaczony organ tego państwa; żaden inny kraj nie może nadać na nim apostille. Koordynujemy złożenie wniosku na miejscu, notariusz najpierw sprawdza wniosek, a dokument wraca z apostille – kurierem lub, jeśli wydaje się tam apostille elektroniczne, jako weryfikowalny plik PDF.

Gdzie apostille z Ukrainy nie wystarcza

We wszystkich pozostałych państwach-stronach – wobec Ukrainy nie obowiązuje żaden sprzeciw. Kraje spoza Konwencji (np. ZEA, Katar, Egipt) nadal wymagają legalizacji konsularnej.

Samo apostille jest ujednolicone i uznawane bez tłumaczenia. Dokument jest sporządzony w języku: ukraiński; większość odbiorców za granicą oczekuje tłumaczenia przysięgłego lub uwierzytelnionego na swój język, które dodajemy w ramach tego samego zlecenia.
