Certified copies of university degrees, school certificates and transcripts for applications, recognition procedures and employers abroad.
Universities, recognition offices and employers abroad often require certified copies of academic documents – frequently with a sworn translation and an apostille. Upload scans; after the notary’s review you receive instructions for the originals and the complete package by courier or download. Every application is reviewed by the notary, who decides the appropriate route for your document and destination; if a request cannot be fulfilled, we tell you before you pay.
Exactly what happens after you submit – no step hidden.
We pre-check the document and tell you exactly which pages the notary or authority will need.
Scan the QR code, photograph your ID and take a selfie (about three minutes). We then email you a written quote with the fees and the address to send the original to.
Post the original to our office by registered mail – or bring it to the notary yourself. We log the receipt the same day.
The independent notary certifies the copy, or the competent authority attaches the apostille. Fees follow the statutory tariff and are passed through.
Your original comes back with the certified result by tracked DHL, plus a scan by email if you chose it.
Scans or clear phone photos are fine for the upload. Originals are only needed where stated.
