We prepare the application and affidavit, organise the notary signing and follow the probate court procedure.
Banks, the land registry and insurers usually require a certificate of inheritance. The application includes an affidavit that must be notarised in person (heirs abroad can use a German consulate). We assemble the family documents, prepare the application and monitor the court procedure.
Exactly what happens after you submit – no step hidden.
Tell us about the parties, assets and your wishes in a structured questionnaire and upload existing documents.
Scan the QR code, photograph your ID and take a selfie. We check completeness, request in writing the value figures the notary needs for the fee and email you a written quote.
The independent notary prepares the deed and advises you on the legal questions; you receive the draft in advance.
The deed is read out and notarised in person; interpreters or translations are organised if needed.
Copies and certified copies by DHL; register filings, custody or court procedures are tracked on your status page.
Scans or clear phone photos are fine for the upload. Originals are only needed where stated.
No add-ons are available for this service; everything needed is included.
Legally careful answers – when in doubt, ask us before you start.
The notary. Every application is reviewed first; the notary decides the appropriate route for your document and the country where it will be used. If a request cannot be fulfilled, you hear it before you pay anything.
You receive a written quote after the review: our service fee, any notary and authority fees (passed through without markup), translation and shipping as separate lines. Nothing is charged before you accept. Express – twice as fast – is optional.
